Justin Bieber born March 1, 1994 is a Canadian pop singer. Justin Bieber performances were posted onYouTube were seen by Scooter Braun, who later became his manager. Braun arranged for Justin to meet with Usher and Bieber was soon signed to Raymond Braun Media Group, a joint venture between Braun and Usher. This led to a recording contract with Island Records offered by L.A. Reid.
The Justin Bieber debut single, "One Time", was released worldwide in 2009, and charted in the top 30 in over ten countries. It was followed by Justin Beiber with a debut release of My World on November 17, 2009, which went platinum in the United States. At the time Bieber placed the highest debut by a new artist in the year, and Justin Bieber became the first artist to have seven songs from a debut album chart on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. His first full studio release, My World 2.0 was released on March 23, 2010. My World 2.0 debuted at number one. It was preceded by Justin's international hit song, "Baby".
